Hightech Startbahn is an established expert for tech venture company building, headquartered in Dresden/Germany. Its venture holding operates in a business trinity of network agency, consulting services and selected equity investments.

The company holds several global event brands like HIGHTECH VENTURE DAYS and UNHIDE THE CHAMPIONS and offers a unique set of growth and fundraising services. With a large network of intimate relations to tech investors and international enterprises and annual communication with over 800 deeptech startups, Hightech Startbahn is a leading European tech innovation facilitator. The company engages in selected early-stage investments and expands its portfolio on an organic growth basis.

Hightech Startbahn is run by a seasoned team of partners complemented by an experienced board of directors. An active advisory board of international industry leaders, business angels and academia directors support the company operations. The company was founded in 2012 and employs 15 staff members as of today.

For the expansion of its fundraising & M&A services and equity investment business, Hightech Startbahn has opened the position for an additional venture holding partner. We look for a distinguished personality with a VC or M&A background, management experience and passion for business development helping us grow the company.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10+ years experience in venture capital / M&A
• 5+ years VP-level management history
• solid background in tech company building
• strong investors and industry network
• contract/negotiation-level German and English language skills

OPERATING TASKS

• ownership and growth of HTSB investment and M&A services
• identification and investment structuring for future

HTSB venture holding portfolio companies

• portfolio management of HTSB venture holding
• HTSB investors community management
