Your career

As our Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical representative for our technology, working directly with our customers to dive deep into their technical needs and challenges. Your role is to understand the specific technical requirements of each of our customers and to provide real-time, solution-tailored support. With your deep understanding of our cutting-edge technology, you will facilitate the integration of our systems into the client’s existing frameworks, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products. Your expertise will not only troubleshoot and resolve technical issues but also will provide insights that influence our product development, tailoring the next generation of our technology to meet market needs.

In this hands-on role, you will conduct detailed product demonstrations, lead technical training sessions and provide critical support during the installation and implementation phases of our high-performance computing systems. As you guide our clients through the technical aspects of their transformative journey, your goal is to secure their success and satisfaction with our products.

Your experience

• With a foundation in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, your educational journey showcases your prowess in navigating the complexities of AI hardware and supercomputing.
• Fluent in both German and English, you articulate sophisticated technical narratives with ease, bridging the gap between our pioneering technology and the clients‘ operational landscapes.
• Your readiness to travel reflects your commitment to fostering robust client relationships through immersive, hands-on technology demonstrations and in-depth technical discussions.
• Autonomous yet collaborative, you are the technical cornerstone for our clients, championing their success with our AI supercomputing solutions.
