This would be your part of the story – you…

• take over the close support of key customers (chemical, logistics and food industry) in the office and in the field
• identify and analyze customer needs
• plan and execute an integration and implementation phase for our solution together with the customer
• are responsible for product development and optimization in cooperation with the product development department
• develop customer relationships with the medium and long term goal of business expansion
• maintain and develop our CRM system
• participate in trade fairs and other customer and partner events

What you bring to the team – you…

• have a university degree in the commercial field
• work in a structured and independent manner
• have a professional and obliging way of dealing with customers and partners
• have a very good command of German and English
